Refund Policy

MALER MANUFACTURING CO., INC. strives to provide professional manufacturing and wholesale services that meet the highest quality standards. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing any orders or engaging our services.
Custom Production Orders
Custom and private-label manufacturing orders may not be eligible for refunds once production has commenced. Clients are advised to review and approve all specifications, samples, and production details prior to authorizing production. Once manufacturing begins, material and labor costs are committed and non-recoverable.
Wholesale Orders
Returns on wholesale orders must be pre-authorized by MALER MANUFACTURING CO., INC. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved returns must comply with all company return authorization requirements, including condition standards, packaging requirements, and return shipping procedures. Return authorization must be obtained in writing prior to shipping any merchandise back to the Company.
Defective Products
Claims for damaged, defective, or non-conforming merchandise must be submitted within seven (7) business days of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution. All defect claims must be accompanied by photographic documentation and a written description of the defect or non-conformance.
Incorrect Shipments
Customers must report any shipment discrepancies, including incorrect items, quantities, or specifications, promptly upon receipt of goods. Reports must be submitted in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. The Company will work with affected clients to resolve confirmed shipment errors in a timely manner.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests submitted after order confirmation may be subject to administrative fees, production costs incurred to date, and material procurement costs. The Company reserves the right to assess and deduct applicable costs from any refund amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval.
Approved Refunds
Refunds approved by the Company may be issued through the original payment method used at the time of the transaction. Processing times for approved refunds may vary based on payment method and financial institution processing timelines. The Company will communicate the estimated refund timeline upon approval.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior written notice to the Company may result in account suspension, termination of business relationship, and referral to collections. The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover disputed amounts, including applicable fees and costs.
Policy Changes
MALER MANUFACTURING CO., INC. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The current Refund Policy will be posted on this page with the applicable effective date. Continued business with the Company following any policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
